Enjoy crispy, caramelised B Strong Pulled Pork infused with citrus and aromatic spices, roasted to perfection for rich flavour. Serve in warm tortillas with guacamole, sour cream, shaved cabbage, and a squeeze of roasted orange for a fresh, zesty finish.

  • 600g B Strong Pulled Pork
  • ¼ orange, halved
  • 1 fresh bay leaf
  • ½ white onion, thinly sliced
  • 2–3 garlic cloves, minced
  • ½ tbsp sweetened condensed milk
  • ½ tsp dried oregano
  • ½ tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Pork:
    • Preheat the oven to 220°C.
    • Place the 500g B Strong Pulled Pork in a wide, heavy-based saucepan. Add the ¼ orange, 1 bay leaf, sliced onion, minced garlic, sweetened condensed milk, and dried oregano.
    • Add 125ml water to the saucepan (half of the original amount, as you're using half the pork), season to taste with sea salt, and simmer gently for 8-10 minutes to infuse the flavors.
    • Drain the pork, discarding the orange halves and bay leaf.
  2. Roast the Pork:
    • Toss the drained B Strong Pulled Pork in ½ tbsp vegetable oil, then transfer it to an ovenproof dish.
    • Roast the pork in the oven for 8-10 minutes, uncovered, until the edges are crispy and caramelized.
  3. Assemble the Tacos:
    • Transfer the roasted B Strong Pulled Pork to a serving plate or bowl.
    • Serve the pork with fresh tortillas, guacamole, sour cream, shaved cabbage, and chopped onion. You can also squeeze the juice from the roasted orange for an added citrus flavor.
