Indulge in a hearty massaman curry featuring B Strong Beef Style Cubes, simmered in a fragrant blend of coconut milk, garlic, and aromatic spices, creating a rich and flavorful Thai dish with a plant-based protein twist.

- 7oz / 200g dry B Strong Beef Style Cubes
- 4 teaspoon Massaman Curry paste
- 7oz / 200ml Coconut milk
- 1 medium Onion, finely diced
- 5 Garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 3 tablespoons oil
- 3½ oz / 100ml vegetable stock
Serve with
- Rice
- Coriander
- Sliced red capsicum
Instructions
Step 1
Add dry B Strong protein, flavour, 1 teaspoon of Massaman curry paste and water to a vacuum bag, and seal for 30 minutes with hot water.
Step 2
Heat vegetable oil in wok or deep pot on the stove to medium to high heat. Batch cook the hydrated proteins until browned. Place to the side.
Step 3
Heat 2-3 tablespoons of oil in pan. Add the onion and garlic and cook in the oil for 30 seconds or until fragrant.
Step 4
Add 3 tablespoons of Massaman curry paste and allow to cook for 30 seconds.
Step 5
Add coconut milk and mix well.
Step 6
Return browned proteins and mix through the sauce. Add 100ml of stock.
Step 7
Allow to simmer for 15 to 20 minutes, on medium heat until sauce thickens. Mix periodically. Service with rice. Garnish with coriander & sliced red capsicum.
