- 300g hydrated Chicken Style Diced Plant Protein
- Soba noodles
- 2 cups Edamame Beans
- 1 Cucumber, diced
- 1 teaspoon Black Sesame Seeds
- Salt & pepper
- ¾ tablespoon Canola Oil
- 4 Garlic Cloves, grated
Sauce ingredients
- ¼ cup Miso Sesame Vinaigrette
- ¼ cup Warm Water
- 3 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
- 1 tablespoon Rice Vinegar
Instructions
Step 1
Whisk all sauce ingredients together until smooth. Alternatively, add to jar and shake well.
Step 2
Cook noodles a few minutes LESS than package instructions. If your noodles seem very sticky, rinse them in cold water. Toss noodles with about half of sesame sauce. Test, add more sauce to taste.
Step 3
Heat oil in pan on the stove to medium to high heat.
Step 4
Batch cook proteins by adding them to pan and frequently tossing until browned. When proteins turn golden brown, toss in ¼ teaspoon of garlic and mix through for flavour boost.
Step 5
Season with salt and pepper and place on side, ready to serve.
