Baabaa Lamb Protein Bowl

  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 200g lamb style pieces
  • 75g quinoa
  • 1 egg, boiled
  • 50g broccoli
  • 50g snow peas
  • 1/2 red capsicum
  • 4 cherry tomatoes
  • 2 spring onions, chopped


Step 1

Prepare Lamb Style Cubes

Step 2

Mix together soy sauce, honey, black pepper, and garlic to make a marinade. Set aside.

Step 3

Heat the oil in a pan on the stove to medium to high heat.  Batch cook the hydrated lamb style pieces, by adding them to the pan and frequently tossing until browned. Pour marinade over pieces and cook for a further 2 minutes.

Step 4

Cook quinoa if using uncooked, follow the instructions on packSteam broccoli and beans for about 10 minutes.

Step 5

Boil and peel an egg.

Step 6

Assemble ingredients (beef style pieces, egg, quinoa, broccoli and snow peas) into a bowl and serve with cherry tomatoes and chopped spring onion.
