- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp dried oregano
- ¼ tsp cayenne pepper (optional, for extra heat)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Topping Ideas:

- Guacamole
- Blender salsa
Instructions
1. Season the Beef:
- In a bowl, combine smoked paprika, cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper.
- Toss the shredded B Strong Beef in the spice mix until evenly coated.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat, add a splash of olive oil, and cook the seasoned beef for 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally. Set aside.
2. Preheat the Pan:
- Heat your grill pan or plancha to medium heat (around 350°F).
3. Fill the Tortilla:
- Take a flour tortilla and place a portion of the seasoned shredded beef on one half (like a half-moon).
- Layer the beef with chopped bell pepper, sliced red onions, jalapeños, and shredded cheddar cheese.
- Fold the tortilla in half to enclose the filling.
4. Grill the Quesadilla:
- Add a small amount of butter to the hot pan and spread it around to coat evenly.
- Place the quesadilla on the pan and cook for about 4–5 minutes on one side until golden and crispy.
- Flip the quesadilla and cook the other side for another 4–5 minutes until the cheese is melted and the tortilla is browned.
5. Serve:
- Remove the quesadilla from the pan, slice it into wedges, and serve immediately.
- Add your favorite toppings, such as sour cream, guacamole, or salsa, on the side.
