Low Carb Crumb Booster Protein is an ambient ingredient for use as a complement to, or in place of, standard breadcrumb. With a similar crisp, cooked texture and neutral flavour, this provides a convenient no-prep solution to boost protein while retaining the golden crunch you’d expect of your crumbed coatings.

Made from 100% Australian non-GMO wheat, the crumb is 0.5-1 mm in size similar to standard breadcrumb. With 65% protein content, our Low Carb Crumb Booster Protein provides:

  • 4x more protein;
  • 25% less carbohydrate; and
  • 45% less sodium compared to typical breadcrumbs.

Its outstanding adhesion properties, even in multi-coat processes, ensure a perfectly crispy, golden exterior every time. It can be blended with breadcrumb or used as a 100% replacement for the ultimate protein boost. In oven cooking or pan frying, the crumb cooks to a delectable golden brown.
