That’s why I’m looking for a Growth & Biz Ops Manager—someone who can navigate both strategy and execution, jump between the big picture and the finer details, and help us turn ambitious ideas into reality.

What’s the job, really?

This role is a mix of strategy, operations, and hands-on execution. As the Chief Commercial Officer and Co-Founder of Harvest B, I need someone who can own high-impact projects, solve complex problems, and help us scale smarter, not just bigger. One day, you might be diving into financial models, the next you’re optimising supply chain processes, and the next you’re figuring out how we take a new product to market.

It’s part internal consultant, part commercial operator, part builder. But most importantly, it’s for someone who thrives on making things better, faster, and more efficient.

What kind of work will you do?

📊 Commercial & Strategic Analysis – Build financial models, crunch numbers, and make data-driven recommendations.

🔧 Operational Efficiency & Process Improvement – Find the bottlenecks, streamline systems, and fix what’s broken.

🚀 Growth & Expansion Initiatives – Identify new opportunities, test ideas, and help us scale smarter, not just bigger.

📚 Knowledge & Information Management – Organise and structure company information so we make better, faster decisions.

🏢 Manufacturing & Supply Chain Optimisation – Help us increase yield, reduce costs, and fine-tune processes.

🎯 Go-To-Market & Commercial Execution – Work on pricing, marketing, and sales strategy to launch products effectively.

Who’s this job for?

You’ll fit right in if you:

Love solving messy problems. You thrive on figuring stuff out, especially in environments where the answer isn’t obvious.

Have an analytical brain but aren’t stuck in spreadsheets. You love numbers, but you also know that execution is everything.

Are adaptable and action-oriented. You don’t wait for someone to hand you a roadmap—you make the roadmap.

Can switch gears fast. One moment, you’re working on an operational deep dive; the next, you’re in a meeting about commercial strategy. That excites you, not overwhelms you.

Have 4-8 years of experience in strategy, consulting, operations, or process improvement. You’ve been in the trenches of a fast-moving, high-performance environment before.
